Aaron Pyles believes that when employees are happy, customers are too. As a 20+ year veteran at Best Buy he has supported field teams both inside and outside the U.S., and currently leads the team responsible for planning, supporting and auditing all in-house merchandising sets. Over the last 5 years he has focused on streamlining processes and introducing time saving technology that enables employees to do what that they do best, bring what’s possible to life.


Tom Erskine, CMO and SVP/Product, One Door

Tom Erskine is Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Product at One Door, responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy and execution. One Door’s Merchandising Cloud is the leading cloud-based visual merchandising application, enabling retailers to take a more collaborative and store-focused approach to executing merchandising. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Connected2Fiber, a leader in network mapping. He lives in Marblehead, MA.
