How Best Buy is using mobile technology to reinvent their merchandising process

For large retailers, store associates play a critical role in many processes, yet most merchandising software was never designed with the associate in mind. In this session Aaron Pyles, Sr. Director of Retail Operations at Best Buy, describes how embracing technology and asking the simple question “what would make your job easier?” has helped Best Buy improve the associate merchandising experience, and enabled a positive shopping experience for the customer.
